We periodically updates our patches and presets, and the updates are always free if you have previously purchased the patch. We send these updates out via email to all purchasers.
If you did not receive an update or a patch or preset you purchased, you can still access the updated files.
- If you have an account on the site and were logged in when you purchased, you can always access the latest versions of any purchases from the 'My Account' section. Navigate to the 'Downloads' tab and you'll see the latest versions of any downloads you have purchased.
- If you still have the original email from your purchase, you can re-download the files from the links in the email. Even though the patch or preset has been updated since your purchase, those download links will give you the latest versions - they update automatically.
If you do not have an account or the original email, please contact us and we will send you the latest versions free of charge.
